2. Files Uploaded to FileSage

2.1 File Processing

FileSage allows users to convert and compress images, audio, video, PDFs, and documents.
File processing is performed using automated tools such as ffmpeg and other file utilities.
FileSage does not read, analyze, interpret, or review the content of your files.
Processing is limited to file metadata and container-level information (e.g. file type, size, extension).

2.2 File Storage and Retention

Uploaded files and associated metadata are stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 7 days (1 week) if not deleted earlier by the user.
Users may manually delete their files at any time.
Once deleted, files are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
