By accessing or using FileSage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FileSage provides automated file conversion and compression services for images, audio, video, PDFs, and documents using software-based processing tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You own or have the legal right to upload and process the files you submit
Your files do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
You will not upload malicious, abusive, or harmful content

4. File Handling & Retention

Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days
Users may delete their files at any time before automatic deletion
FileSage does not guarantee file availability beyond the retention period

5. Prohibited Uses

Processing illegal or infringing content
Attempting to bypass security or usage limits
Uploading malware or other harmful files

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the FileSage platform, including its software, branding, and design, remain the property of FileSage. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FileSage makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileSage shall not be liable for data loss, file corruption, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service, including the sensitivity or confidentiality of files processed.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FileSage from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

FileSage may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
